Dutch Inflation Rises to 4.1% in April

According to data released by Statistics Netherlands (CBS) on May 13, consumer goods and services prices in the Netherlands rose by 4.1% year-on-year in April 2025, compared to 3.7% in March.

The biggest contributor to the rise in inflation was airfare, with international flight ticket prices increasing by 20.8% compared to the same period last year. In contrast, motor fuel prices exerted a downward effect on inflation, with automobile fuel prices dropping by 8.9% year-on-year in April.
