It focuses on delivering international talent to Chinese companies and providing international human resources management services.
The human resources integration framework and methodology independently developed by the company can help consultants and corporate executives better promote the management steps of each stage of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including but not limited to due diligence and evaluation, screening, planning and negotiation, etc. It enhances the intervention effect in the post-M&A integration process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The interaction between the components of the human resources integration framework system and the interaction between the system and its environment are complex. This framework emphasizes that it is essential to effectively focus on the role of human resources in guiding and promoting the business integration process. We suggest paying attention to the influential key HR-related events during the post-M&A integration process. We argue together with the strategy to focus on the key success factors that promote task integration and transform the skills of the acquired company and implementing this human resources-led post-M&A integration framework can effectively stimulate a positive direction towards integration success.
